gutted after going threw a rather painful operations on both wrist (at the same time!) just over a year ago my ganglion in my left wrist is back …

Its really painful and i think ill have to get it done again! DOH! …..

Although my dad has offered in the past to wack it with a lump hammer! (good idea – I THINK NOT!) ….

this is wat it is:

• “ A ganglion cyst is a fluid-filled sac that is usually attached to either a tendon sheath or a joint lining. Ganglion cysts usually appear on the back of the wrist, although they may be on the underside of the wrist, the hand, the fingers, or the feet. Ganglion cysts are always benign.”  . . . . . eeeeewwwww!

Think im going to be off to the operating table again lol! .
